By installing or playing Wobbo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.
Wobbo is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the game or any part of it, and you may not use cheats, modified clients, or automated tools to alter how it behaves.
Wobbo offers one optional purchase, Remove Ads, which permanently removes the ads shown between games for the account that bought it.
The free version of Wobbo is funded by advertising. Some ads appear between games; others are optional and reward you with boosts or extra lives when you choose to watch them. We do not control which specific ads are shown. If you see an ad you believe is inappropriate, please report it to us with a screenshot and we will pass it to the ad provider.
Progress is stored only on your device. We do not run accounts or cloud saves, so we cannot recover progress that is lost when you uninstall the game, reset the device, or switch phones. Please treat your progress as local and temporary.
We may update, change or discontinue the game, including its levels, difficulty, rewards and prices, at any time. We may also stop supporting older devices or operating system versions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Wobbo is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country that cannot legally be waived.
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend access if these terms are broken, for example by tampering with the game or attempting fraudulent purchases.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies where you live.
